Opening and Scientific Program

ISNITE 2025 began on September 3 with a grand opening ceremony at the Merinos Atatürk Congress and Culture Center. Following the opening, attended by prominent figures including Bursa Metropolitan Mayor Mustafa Bozbey and Bursa Provincial Director of National Education Dr. Ahmet Alireisoğlu, the symposium continued with scientific sessions, panels, and workshops hosted by Arena Schools.

Highlights of the symposium included a keynote address on teacher education by Prof. Dr. Linda Evans of the University of Manchester, panels featuring experts from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Moscow State University, and a Finnish education institute, and sessions with leading academics from Türkiye.

Added Value and International Impact

Throughout the symposium, topics such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, foreign language teaching, and innovative classroom practices were discussed, while Edusama’s sponsorship helped the event reach a wider audience and contributed to a strong, well-executed organization.

On the final day, workshops such as “Emotion Coaching for Teachers” and “Teacher Education for Digital Parenting and Digital Childhood,” along with presentations on the Türkiye Century Education Model, brought a fresh perspective to the symposium.

Participants’ Views

Highlighting the symposium’s success, Celal Arslan, Chairman of the Board of Arena Educational Institutions, said: “Over three days, we brought different cultures together on this platform where scientific discussions and innovative ideas were shared. This symposium is one of the strongest reflections of our vision in education.”

Prof. Dr. Salih Çepni, Dean of the Faculty of Education at Bursa Uludağ University, drew attention to university–school collaboration, stating: “ISNITE 2025 has built a strong bridge between universities, where knowledge is produced, and schools, where it is put into practice.”

Edusama’s Contribution

A pioneer in Japanese language education in Türkiye and in consultancy for studying in Japan, Edusama contributed to the advancement of education at both national and international levels through its support for ISNITE 2025. Through events like this that support its educational vision, Edusama aims to place the teachers and academics of the future on a stronger foundation.
