Online Japanese N4 Course
At our institution, N4 level Japanese language training is conducted entirely online.
Our program consists of a total of 240 lessons (180 hours). The course is structured over 24 weeks, with 2 lessons per day on weekdays.
Each Online Japanese N4 class is limited to a maximum of 12 students, ensuring an interactive and personalized learning environment. Lessons are delivered live via the Zoom platform and are also recorded for later access through our online system. These recordings are provided for review purposes only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

Institution-Approved Japanese N4 Certificate
Students can earn our institution-approved Japanese N5 certificate if they meet at least one of the following conditions:
- Attend at least 80% of the daily classes throughout the course.
- Score at least 50 points on the average of weekly evaluation tests conducted during the course.
Our certificate is valid at all language schools in Japan and can be used for enrollment.
Ministry of Education Approved Certificate Application Process
Students who wish to obtain a Ministry of Education (MEB) approved certificate must inform us of this request during the enrollment process. Based on your request, your registration will be entered into the Ministry of Education system.
After completing your training, once the required number of participants is reached to open an exam, you will be notified by phone and email, and exam dates will be shared with you. Since our institution is affiliated with the Mersin Provincial Directorate of National Education, certification exams are conducted only in Mersin. The exam sessions are organized by the relevant District Directorate of National Education.
Students who successfully complete the exam will receive a Japanese Language Proficiency Certificate, which can also be accessed via the E-Devlet (Turkish e-Government) system. This certificate is an officially recognized document approved by the Ministry of Education.

Continue Your Studies in Turkey
Students who successfully complete our Japanese N4 course are provided with a variety of resources to advance their Japanese language skills to higher levels. At present, our institution does not offer group training beyond this level. However, with the upcoming release of our Japanese N3, N2, and N1 learning sets, learners will be able to progress to these stages at their own pace.
In addition, Japanese video lessons tailored to each level will be made available in the future. By purchasing these video lessons, students will have the opportunity to further develop their Japanese proficiency to the highest level. Through our learning materials and video content, we continue to support our students in their individual learning journeys.

You also have the option to continue your education at language schools in Japan. Through our institution, you can complete your enrollment in these schools free of charge, while our expert team ensures a smooth and seamless process. Can I learn Japanese through online education?
Yes, you can. Since our courses are conducted online (live), you can interact with your teacher and ask questions just as if you were in a classroom. To ensure maximum efficiency and effective learning, it is very important that students prepare their learning environment properly. A quiet study space, minimizing distractions, and regularly completing assignments and responsibilities are key to success.
Can someone who previously applied for asylum in Japan apply for a student visa?
Yes, it is possible, but the following conditions must be met:
- The asylum application must have been officially withdrawn.
- At least one year must have passed since returning to the home country.
- No criminal record during the stay in Japan.
- Fulfillment of the basic requirements for a student visa.
If these conditions are met, a student visa application can be submitted.
Can I get detailed information about the course content?
Yes. Our Japanese N5 course includes:
- N5 level vocabulary
- N5 level grammar
- Hiragana alphabet
- Katakana alphabet
- N5 level Kanji knowledge
- Lessons aimed at developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Japanese culture classes (extra lessons beyond the 180 core hours)
The program is structured with 2 lessons per day on weekdays. The total duration is 6 months, comprising 180 hours of active training.
Can a student with a visa in Japan work?
Yes. Students with a Japan student visa are legally allowed to work up to 28 hours per week. During school holidays, full-time work is permitted. To obtain this permit, you must apply at your local immigration office after entering Japan by filling out the designated application form.
Is English proficiency sufficient to apply for a student visa to Japan?
No. To apply for a Japanese student visa, you must meet the following requirement:
“Applicants must complete at least 150 hours and a minimum of 6 months of Japanese education at an authorized institution and hold an N5 certificate, or alternatively, pass the JLPT N5 exam and obtain the official certificate.”
Is there an option to attend classes face-to-face?
No. To apply for a Japanese student visa, you must meet the following requirement:
“Applicants must complete at least 150 hours and a minimum of 6 months of Japanese education at an authorized institution and hold an N5 certificate, or alternatively, pass the JLPT N5 exam and obtain the official certificate.”

- Fill out the pre-registration contract form we send you. (Applicants living in Mersin can complete this form in person at our office.)
- After submitting the form, your final registration will be completed upon payment of the ₺1,000 pre-registration fee.
When can I enroll in language schools in Japan?
The academic year in Japan starts in April. However, enrollment periods vary by school, with some accepting 2 intakes per year and others 4. Schools with 2 intakes: April and October. Schools with 4 intakes: January, April, July, and October.

Why do tuition fees differ between schools?
Tuition fees vary depending on the city, the school’s location (central or not), its quality, and reputation. 6-month programs: starting from $4,000 and 12-month programs: starting from $6,500
Do I have to pay the full tuition upfront, or is installment available?
Each school has its own payment policy. Some may require full upfront payment at the time of application, while others accept partial payment at registration and the remainder after documentation is complete. You can contact us to confirm the payment policy of your chosen school.
Where will I stay when I go to Japan as a student?
Some schools provide dormitory options, though they involve additional costs. Shared dormitory rooms (2–3 people): starting from $300 per month Single rooms: starting from $400 per month
Is the certificate you provide valid?
Yes. The certificate verifies that you have completed the Japanese N5 training required for student visa applications.
