ISI – Shinjuku Main Campus

ISI Shinjuku Main Campus, located in Tokyo’s Nishi-Shinjuku area and opened in 2025, is the largest campus of ISI Japanese Language School. With a capacity of about 4,300 students, the school brings together international students from many countries. The campus is about a 3-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Metro Station, and Shinjuku Station can also be reached on foot. Thanks to its central location, students have easy access to Tokyo’s transport, shopping and social life.

Shinjuku Main is especially suitable for students aiming for university, graduate school or vocational school in Japan. Its wide range of classes and levels, from beginner to advanced, allows students to study in a class that matches their current Japanese level. Under the Academic Japanese program, in addition to general Japanese skills, preparation for the JLPT and for further education goals is also provided.

One of the campus’s key features is the comprehensive support it offers for students’ plans after their studies. Through individual counseling sessions, guidance is provided on choosing a university or graduate program, exam preparation and career planning. The campus also has a preparatory school that offers additional preparation support for university and graduate school entrance exams. A multilingual student support team also helps students with their daily life in Japan as well as their studies.
