Genki – Tokyo Campus

GenkiJACS Tokyo Campus is located in Shinjuku, one of Japan’s most vibrant districts, right next to Hanazono Shrine. This location offers students the opportunity to experience the energetic atmosphere of Tokyo while also enjoying the serene surroundings of the shrine during their studies.

The school provides communication-focused Japanese lessons in small classes with a maximum of 8 students. This structure allows instructors to focus on each student’s individual needs and effectively support their language development. GenkiJACS is accredited by the International Association of Language Centres (IALC) and was awarded the “Star World Language School” title in 2016.

Outside of class, students can take advantage of Shinjuku’s endless entertainment and shopping opportunities. Through the school’s cultural events and workshops, they also gain a deeper understanding of Japanese culture. GenkiJACS Tokyo Campus offers a rich academic and cultural experience for those who wish to learn Japanese.

Who will apply for my student visa?

Student visa applications are processed through Edusama by the school you started the registration process at.

When does school enrollment begin?

Enrollment for each academic term begins 6 months prior to the start of the respective term.

How long does it take to receive the result of a visa application?

After completing the enrollment procedures for the term, the approval status of your visa application is usually determined within approximately 3 months.

When can I apply for dormitory accommodation?

Dormitory applications are carried out after your visa has been approved.

If I cancel after making the initial payment during registration, can I get a refund?

The initial payment made at the time of registration is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Can I get a refund for the fee I paid after my visa is approved?

Refunds for payments made to the school after your visa approval are carried out according to the refund policies set by the respective school.
